I'm a researcher that graduated from a master's degree in microbiology with a specialisation in Virology. I've done my PhD on Influenza A viruses genome structure that has given me the envy to work more specifically in the bioinformatic domain. Thus I've pursued a year of specialisation in bioinformatics and I'm now looking for a position that would match both my aspirations and goals.

From 2018 to 2022, I've pursued a PhD in Molecular Biology on Influenza A viruses. I worked at the IBMC (Institut de Biologie Moléculaire et Cellulaire) in Strasbourg, France, in the team "RNA packaging and viral assembly" under the supervision of Dr. Roland Marquet. My PhD aimed to obtain new insights on the packaging of Influenza A viruses through the study of RNA structural change in viral genome after viral nucleoprotein NP binding.
I witnessed along my thesis the dire need of researchers with bioinformatic skills to either analyze or develop new scripts/pipelines for viral NGS data. Thus I choose to enroll in a special master's degree at the Rouen University to gain such skills. Through my internship, I worked on the development of a new analysis pipeline dedicated to single-cell metagenomic studies for microbiota.

Research article based on my thesis results. It introduces new insights about the impact of the NP on the structure of Influenza A viruses and its effect on packaging signals within the genome.
Review redacted alongside my thesis as a co-first author. It aimed at summarize the evolution of chemical cartography techniques through years and the latest techniques developed as of 2021.
Python CLI/GUI tool for the analysis and representation of digestion profiles from mass spectrometry data.
Single-cell pipeline for analyis of single-cell bacterial metagenomic experiements. Developed during my internship at Biogenosis.
R Shiny application for the automation of Shape-MaP data and creation of circos plots with possibility to add long-term interactions.
Quick and dirty script for the analysis of some of my preliminary data obtained at the end of my thesis.
